The amazing Rajasthan tour is all about a beautiful and exciting journey through the rich cultural heritage of the state and the enchanting monuments, sculptures, forts, palaces and everything that makes Rajasthan unique from other regions of the country. Some of the major places worth visiting include crafts of Bikaner, forts of Mandawa, the palaces and temples of Jaisalmer, the beautiful Mount Abu, the Thar desert, the Udaipur city and Agra city. The whole luxurious trip will take 16 days starting from Delhi to end in Agra and provide an ample amount of opportunity to roam around Rajasthan and explore the very details of its culture with superb enthusiasm and excitement.

  • Day 1 - Beginning from Delhi

    You will be well escorted by our representatives at the Delhi international airport. Our staff will help you in the transfer and check-in process at your hotel. We offer a day trip to the Akshardham temple for our guests landing earlier in the day. Bestowed with age old history, the Akshardham temple is the perfect example of art and architecture of Rajasthan. It is also considered as a cultural masterpiece in India and will be a perfect place to begin your tour.

  • Day 2 - Delhi

    Some of the historic places of the capital city Delhi will be visited the next day. After the morning breakfast, we will tour the famous destinations of Delhi including Qutub Minar, Humayun’s tomb, India Gate and Red Fort. The places are not just the witnesses of the glorious past the country had, but also termed as the finest architectural works of all times. The second day’s tour will not be over without visiting the ever crowded Chandi Chowk which is also called as the heart of the city.

  • Day 3 - Delhi-Mandawa

    Mandawa is popular for its vibrant havelis which date back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Mandawa is only a five hours drive from Delhi. After the check-in process done, the guided tour will take you to the beautiful city endowed with beautifully painted palaces. Frescos are painted on the walls of the palaces make them look mesmerizing. The other reasons for which Mandawa is well-known is for the highest number of Indian army recruitment across the country and providing a base for shrewd businessmen and Marwaris. You can shop different items at the local shopping market area before returning to your hotel.

  • Day 4 - Mandawa-Bikaner

    After a delicious breakfast on day four, we will be heading for the city of Bikaner. It will take three hours drive to reach Bikaner from Mandawa. The Bikaner city is more of a deserted region with harsh and rocky soils. Surprisingly you will not find much cactus plants here as you will be at the Thar Desert. We will be touring the Lalgarh palace, Junagarh fort, the camel breeding farm and other places in the afternoon. The many havelis of Bikaner have stone carved screens on the windows which are popularly called as Jharokas. Bikaner is also famous for its mouth-watering sweets and snacks.

  • Day 5 - Bikaner-Jaisalmer

    The next day, we will visit Jaisalmer which is also called as the golden city. The erected structures of the city with sandstone walls are surely eye-catching. After having lunch at the hotel, we will take you on a guided tour to the Gadisar Lake, Fort Palace Museum, and the artistic Jain temples. Also being a land of deserts, the Jaisalmer city provides an aroma of the medieval times which we will experience on a given additional day here.

  • Day 6 - Camel Safari at Jaisalmer

    The camel safari is the most attractive part of Jaisalmer tour. We will start our journey from the Khuri village, the starting point of the desert. The picturesque desert is best for camel safari which will take you to the Sam sand dunes. You will reach the sunset point by walking through the desert. The sunset point is the perfect place to spend the evening and enjoying the setting of the sun. You can also enjoy different cultural performances in the evening. Instead of going back to your hotel, you can rest at the tent camps set up at the Khuri sand dunes which will give you a whole new experience altogether.

  • Day 7 - Jaisalmer – Manwar

    We will get back to the hotel early in the morning. After the breakfast at the hotel we will head to the Manwar resort. The resort is situated in the Thar Desert and is the most visited place in the city of Manwar. The nearby village called the Bishnoi village offers you an opportunity to experience the rural life style. The folk dance and music entertain you all through the evening in the village. We will be back to the Manwar resort for the night.

  • Day 8 - Manwar - Luni

    Luni is located near Fort Chanawa, outside the city of Jodhpur. After the morning breakfast, we will visit the place which is now serving as a hotel. It houses beautiful courtyards and facades which are intricately carved and decorated keeping in mind the art and architecture of the Rajasthan soil. There are nearby villages which are best explored with a camel safari. You can also drive around in a car and roam around the places before going back to the hotel.

  • Day 9 - Luni-Mount Abu

    Mount Abu is known to be the only hill-station in the state of Rajasthan. We travel to Mount Abu after the morning breakfast at the hotel. Though the best time to visit this place is during the rainy season, many tourists also prefer to tour this place in summers too. Hundreds of thousands of national and international tourists visit this hill-station every year. Another nearby attraction is the 11th century Dilwara temples. You can also shop at the local shopping markets before returning to the hotel.

  • Day 10 - Mount Abu- Udaipur

    We leave for Udaipur city the next day. Also known as the city of lakes, the Lake Pichola and the Jag Mandir Palace are the major attractions of Udaipur. The boat rides of Lake Pichola are sure to be enjoyed.

  • Day 11 - Udaipur

    We will take a whole day out to explore the beautiful city of Udaipur. There are a number of castles, lakes, wildlife, temples to be viewed in Udaipur. The major highlights of the city include Fatehsagar Lake, Shilpgram, Monsoon Palace, and City Palace.

  • Day 12 - Udaipur-Pushkar

    Pushkar is a temple city of Rajasthan. The city adorns as many as 400 vibrant temples. We will start for Pushkar after the morning breakfast. We will visit the Brahma temple which is known to be the top-most temple of the country. Other must-see temples include the Mahadev temple, Ramavaikunth temple, Savitri temple etc.

  • Day 13 - Pushkar - Samode

    Early morning, we will visit the Ghats of Pushkar. The view of thousands of devotees taking the holy dip at the Ghats is truly serene. It is said that taking a dip washes away all your sins. In the back drop you can hear the enchanting sound of morning bells of hundreds of temples. After returning to the hotel, we will have our morning breakfast and leave for Samode. The major place to see is the Samode palace which is decorated with mirror work and paintings of Rajput times. Now being run as a heritage hotel, this palace attracts many tourists across the country and abroad. You can visit the nearby village with a camel ride and enjoy their folk dance and music in the evening.

  • Day 14 - Samode - Jaipur

    On day 14, we will leave for the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Also known as the pink city, Jaipur has a number of tourist attractions including the Jantar Mantar, City Palace and its museum, a 17th century astronomical observatory and Amber Fort. We will visit all these places before returning to the hotel in the evening.

  • Day 15 - Jaipur-Agra

    We will visit the Agra city the next day. We will tour the Old Mughal City of FatehpurSikri on the way to Agra. Here you will be mesmerized by the beauty of the Taj Mahal, one of Seven Wonders of the World. Made up with marble stone, the Taj Mahal is popularly known as the symbol of love. We will also take you to the massive Agra fort before returning to the hotel.

  • Day 16 - Agra-Delhi

    Before leaving the charming Agra city, we will take you to the enchanting Taj Mahal one more time in the early morning hour. The historic monument looks marvelous pink at the early hours. From here, we will straight leave for the Delhi airport or to the Agra airport for you flight back to Delhi. We hope you will have a great time visiting the many amazing places of Rajasthan.
